An Australian, originally from Queensland and now living in Newcastle, United Kingdom. Angelina is a self-taught artist who has been trained in the field of fashion design and graphic design. She loves to explore different types of art disciplines such as abstract art, illustration and digital art.

Having a young daughter who loves to paint, this inspired Angelina to start painting along side her but on a larger scale and as a profession. Abstract art helps Angelina to unleash her emotions while also exploring different applications of painting.

In April 2023, Angelina had her first solo art exhibition at The Exchange Theatre, North Shields, Newcastle, NE30 1SE.

She showcased bright, bold and fluorescent street-art style paintings alongside her first love: hand-drawn line art illustrations. The exhibition ran for nearly 2 weeks.

In August 2023, she had her 2nd solo art exhibition, this time including photography which she had never publicly exhibited. It was held at the City Library, Newcastle UK for 1 week.

In October 2023, she had her 3rd solo exhibition which then marked her as the main artist resident at Neighbourhood coffee, Heaton, Newcastle.

IN 2022, she was awarded her first ARTS GRANT from Sputnik faith and arts to help further her process and technique development https://sptnk.co.uk

WINNER of the Tim May memorial award 2021 in the Holly Bush Emerging Woman Painter prize, one of 22 finalists out of 600 applicants for her painting 'Redemption.'

The creation of her art sometimes starts out with her not knowing what she will create but simply feeling and being so curious about experimenting with textures and colours. Only later, it almost tells her something about herself and what she was feeling.

A love of bright colours, freedom and adventure is what she lives for yet routine, consistency and structure are things that help her to feel more centred. This is portrayed through the use of colour in her artwork.

Angelina is a Christian and instead of preaching to a crowd who may not want to hear the gospel, she would rather share how her faith affects her on a personal level. She shows this in her art with the use of colour and her brush strokes. Her aim is to intrigue people, not to push them away.
